The following are some helpful things to remember as you are planning for your special occassion. Feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions.

General

Q: Do you have your tuxedos in stock or do I need to order ahead of time? [+]

A: We stock all of our inventory at our location. There are no long waits for your size/color to arrive but it is smart to plan according just in case.

Q: What are your business hours? [+]

A: Monday - Friday 10-6pm Saturday 10-5pm Sunday Closed.

Q: Can we do last minute changes? [+]

A: Last minute changes are okay, we will do whatever we can for you. There are no extra charges.

Q: Is the stock in the store or somewhere else? [+]

A: We have all the stock in the store. 

Q: Is there a catalog to go thru? [+]

A: We do not currently have any catalogs to be viewed. Please look through some of our images here on this site or feel free to come in and see what else we have in stock. 

Q: When can I pick up my tux? [+]

A: Tuxedos are ready typically two days prior to your event. If you need it sooner please let us know.

Q: Is there a charge for early pickup? [+]

A: No.

Q: Do you offer a free tux for the groom, if so, is it a complete outfit?  [+]

A: Yes, we do offer a free groom’s tux with 6 paid rentals and it is a complete tux of your choice. 

Fittings

Q: If it does not fit quite right do you do alterations? Is there a charge? [+]

A: If that situation were to occur we have local tailors who can quickly make alterations. There are no additional charges.

Q: Do I need to come in or can my friend/parent come in with my measurements for me? [+]

A: You are more than welcome to send them in, however we highly recommend that you come in person so that we can properly size you. Then you can try it on in our changing rooms so there are no surprises the day of.

Q: Do you have sizes for large and tall people? [+]

A: Yes we have sizes up to 70 and shoe sizes up to 20.

Rental Terms

Q: When is the return day?[+]

A: We like it as soon as you can. If your event is on a Saturday please return on Monday as we are closed on Sunday’s. Please let us know if your event is out of town.

Q: Is there a deposit and/or damage waiver fee?[+]

A: No.

Q: What is included with the tux rental package?[+]

A: We include everything that is needed except socks and underwear.

Q: What is the bottom line price?[+]

A: Depending on what package you choose all of ours are affordable. Please come in or give us a call. We do encourage comparison shopping. 

Ambassadors

Q: Do you offer deals for high school students? [+]

A: Yes, we routinely recruit high school students at each of the areas high schools for promo work. You help us advertise prior to your school dances and we will give you a great deal for your time.

Q: How many students from each school do you usually need? [+]

A: We normally only need 1-2 students from each of the high schools. If interested please contact us within a month prior to your school dance.
